The Truth - The First Three Charters

The whole ideology of The Noah Revolution is to destroy and expose every plot against the People of South Africa. The freedom charter was once again created to divide the people of South Africa. A distinct separation between all the different South African Cultures is made in the freedom charter. We will attempt to correct the freedom charter.

The People Shall Govern!

• Every man and woman shall have the right to vote for and to stand as a candidate for all bodies which make laws;

• All people shall be entitled to take part in the administration of the country;

• The rights of the people shall be the same, regardless of race, colour or sex;

• All bodies of minority rule, advisory boards, councils and authorities shall be replaced by democratic organs of self-government.

As discussed in the previous post, the people, according to the ANC is black people. So what they are saying is that black people must govern. Oh hello Apartheid. Missed us much?

Definition of Apartheid:

It is any system or practice that separates people according to colour, ethnicity, caste, etc.

All National Groups shall have Equal Rights!

• There shall be equal status in the bodies of state, in the courts and in the schools for all national groups and races;

The word equal means: being the same in quantity, size, degree, or value. So let’s do some Math Lit. Thabo has a basket. Thabo loves apples. Thabo loves all apples. Thabo has space in his basket for 20 apples. There are 4 different kinds of apples. How many equal number of each can Thabo place in the basket?

Answer: Thabo divides the space in four, and picks 5 Green, Yellow, Red and brown apples.

ANC answer: 17 Red and 1 Green, Brown and Yellow apple. That’s a fail!! The ANC blatantly ignore this statement. They believe in majority rule which separates the country and its people.

• All people shall have equal right to use their own languages, and to develop their own folk culture and customs;

I am not going to get into this because everybody knows that there is an attack on certain cultures on a daily basis. At this stage we would appear to be racist. Are we? Are we fighting for the whites now? Let us look at the facts.

"broad-based black economic empowerment"

means the viable economic empowerment of all black people, in particular women, workers, youth, people with disabilities and people living in rural areas, through diverse but integrated socio-economic strategies that include, but are not limited to—

(a) increasing the number of black people that manage, own and control enterprises and productive assets;

(b) facilitating ownership and management of enterprises and productive assets by communities, workers, co-operatives and other collective enterprises;

(c) human resource and skills development;

(d) achieving equitable representation in all occupational categories and levels in the workforce;

(e) preferential procurement from enterprises that are owned or managed by black people; and

(f) investment in enterprises that are owned or managed by black people;

Does this enhance equality or does it promote segregation and apartheid?

"black people"

is a generic term which means Africans, Coloureds and Indians—

(a) who are citizens of the Republic of South Africa by birth or descent; or

(b) who became citizens of the Republic of South Africa by naturalisation—

Once again, equality? And by the way, why have an Act on this if everybody is supposed to be equal?

Question? Are “whites” not actually “Africans” according to this definition? Are they not citizens by birth or descent?

B-BBEE contradicts “All National Groups shall have Equal Rights!” in the Freedom Charter!!!

• All national groups shall be protected by law against insults to their race and national pride;

Currently there exist a different law against different races. One race is placed ahead of the others. So the law is blind if the attack is against certain races and is in full attack mode if against one specific race.

• The preaching and practice of national, race or color discrimination and contempt shall be a punishable crime;

Certain political leaders discriminate against other races and colours but never see the courts. They are Criminals. We don’t care if you are White, Kullid, Indian, Black or Asian. If you discriminate you are a criminal.

• All apartheid laws and practices shall be set aside.

Well then, this didn’t happen. They just changed the colour and the tile. You can’t have the same book with the same cover, it has to change and called different otherwise it is called plagiarism.

The People Shall Share in the Country`s Wealth!

• The national wealth of our country, the heritage of South Africans, shall be restored to the people;

Due to popular believes, the ANC led people, believe this means that only ANC Led people should have everything

• The mineral wealth beneath the soil, the Banks and monopoly industry shall be transferred to the ownership of the people as a whole;

Again, ANC Led people only. Also if you do research into all the mining companies in South Africa, you will find that they are not run by South Africans. Anglo American is owned by global companies and entities. Even our banks are not owned by South Africa.

• All other industry and trade shall be controlled to assist the well being of the people;

Again, more emphasis is placed on the ANC led people.

• All people shall have equal rights to trade where they choose, to manufacture and to enter all trades, crafts and professions.

We found that this is also reserved for ANC led people only. White hawkers are constantly being victimized and told to follow the bylaws and governance of the local municipality whereby ANC led hawkers is not hassled at all.

In Conclusion:

The Freedom Charter are being raped and humiliated by the ANC. They have NO regard for the South African People. They do as they please. They only won every election because of numbers. They make empty promises and mislead the ANC led people. They lie and cheat and follow their own agenda as well as lining their own pockets. They do not care whom they hurt and whom they destroy. Because of their action the poor will become poorer and the rich will become richer and they strife to make the middleclass obsolete.
