Analyzing the next three charters of the freedom charter.
The Land shall be shared Among Those Who Work It!
Restrictions of land ownership on a racial basis shall be ended, and all the land re-divided amongst those who work it to banish famine and hunger;
Once again the ANC and EFF read this completely out of context. The restriction of land ownership on a racial basis should be ended. We have no problem with that at all. However, what is the context? The context is to banish famine and hunger. Added to this should be the preservation of Fauna and Flora and all indigenous elements in our beloved country. With this in mind we should encourage all farmers to adhere to this. If you want to own land, you have to work it for the people by providing food first and then protection of the land to sustain the whole country.
South Africa is a self sustaining country. If we allow farms to be destroyed and neglected we will have famine in our country first. The government are money hungry elitists that would rather sell the last of our food than to provide it free for South Africans. The moment we lose our food, we die. If we run out of food we will be plunged into a recession and the government will be forced to import food at higher prices. This means higher prices that the consumers cannot afford. We will relinquish our country to the highest bidder. The world wants South Africa, not just needs it, but wants it. The government is selling it piece by piece for their own profits. We export metals, the importers use the metals to make a product, and we buy the product for 200% more than what we sold the metals for. Idiotic!!
The state shall help the peasants with implements, seed, tractors and dams to save the soil and assist the tillers;
Dear ANC and EFF supporters, in their eyes, you are peasants. The government do not have the finances to supply implements, seeds, tractors and how can you provide a dam? You can build a dam; you can only provide the water from a water source. The government cannot invest in farms. Family farms are successful because of generation after generation of farmers learning and adapting to the climates. Farming cannot be taught in a school or university. It can only be taught by hand on experience. This way the government can equip interested parties to run a fully functional farm.
Freedom of movement shall be guaranteed to all who work on the land;
We agree.
All shall have the right to occupy land wherever they choose;
If they abide by the first point we don’t have a problem with it.
People shall not be robbed of their cattle, and forced labour and farm prisons shall be abolished.
How do you stop crime? The Police are not equipped to deal with farm attacks and general crimes on farms. The recent court case of farmers placing a trespasser in a coffin shows the frustration of farmers to take the law in their own hands. What happened, the farmers got jail sentences and the trespasser.... well nothing happened. Did they kill him? No. Did they scare him? Yes. Will he do it again on their farm? No. Now that they are in prison, will they do it again? Yes. This is not justice. Who was the criminal?
All shall be Equal before the Law!
No-one shall be imprisoned, deported or restricted without a fair trial; No-one shall be condemned by the order of any Government official;
The courts shall be representative of all the people;
Imprisonment shall be only for serious crimes against the people, and shall aim at re-education, not vengeance;
The police force and army shall be open to all on an equal basis and shall be the helpers and protectors of the people;
All laws which discriminate on grounds of race, colour or belief shall be repealed.
The context is once again completely changed. The people are once again seemed to be pointing to black people. NO!! It is for the protection of ALL South Africans!! Stop these racist actions. The last point says “All laws which discriminate on grounds of race, colour or belief shall be repealed” The Government and every political party that goes against this remark are racist and bigots and should be brought to justice and exposed for what they are.
All Shall Enjoy Equal Human Rights!
The law shall guarantee to all their right to speak, to organise, to meet together, to publish, to preach, to worship and to educate their children;
The privacy of the house from police raids shall be protected by law;
All shall be free to travel without restriction from countryside to town, from province to province, and from South Africa abroad;
Pass Laws, permits and all other laws restricting these freedoms shall be abolished.
Freedoms? E-Toll is illegal according to the freedom charter. We can just as well have blocked of areas and charge people to enter. If E-toll is legal then this should also be legal. E-Toll is a kind of pass law. Equality? It is fine for black government officials to make racist remarks but the moment a white person does that, its war. They get arrested, beaten and sentenced with the full force of the law. Justice is only blind when it chooses to be. We firmly believe that any person who violates another persons human right, forfeits their own human right and should be punished with the full force of the law and basic human rights should not be provided for them.
These three chapters were written about land, equality and human rights. They were written by visionaries and true patriots of South Africa. They had vision and wisdom. They saw what this country can become. We implore all parties to adopt the Freedom Charter according to the truth. Not as the Government changed the context to discriminate against race, colour and beliefs. The ANC and every party that use this freedom Charter for personal gain has defecated and urinated on the visionaries that wrote this Charter. We need to stand up and fight. Not with violence but with peace and love for this country.
Welcome to the revolution
